Xenith XFlexion Fly (Youth)

Helmet-grade impact tech in a youth shoulder pad. Aware Flow Shock Absorbers, floating sternum and spine plates, and a shock-cord plate system that moves with the body, not against it.

The XFlexion Fly is the upper end of Xenith's youth shoulder pad lineup. The big difference is what's underneath: Aware Flow Shock Absorbers, the same air-managed impact technology Xenith built into their helmets, sit inside multi-layered foam padding with a nylon cover. Floating sternum and spine plates add coverage where young players take the heaviest hits, and a flexible shock-cord system lets each plate move independently with shoulder rotation. Injection-molded plates keep the anatomical form for a contoured fit, so the pad sits close to the body and the player keeps full speed and agility.

Impact tech

• Aware Flow Shock Absorbers: the same shock-management technology used inside Xenith helmets, here applied to the shoulder pad.
• Multi-layer impact foam: high-density foam padding with a durable nylon cover, tuned for youth-level contact.
• Floating sternum and spine plates: add chest and back coverage without locking the pad rigid.

Movement and fit

• Shock-cord plate system: chest plates and shoulder caps move independently so the pad tracks shoulder rotation through every play.
• Lightweight injection-molded plates: retain anatomical form for a contoured, snug fit close to the body.
• Belt-style chest straps with retention loop: keep the pad locked in place through full-speed contact and direction changes.

Who it's for

Youth players up to about age 14, across all positions, who want more impact technology than a basic entry pad. Strong fit for kids who already moved up from a starter set and want the same kind of shock-managed protection their helmet uses, in a pad that still lets them play fast.
